Eligibility: Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors or recent college grads who are US citizens and in good academic standing

Monster launched the Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP) in 2002 with the mission to empower college students and foster a diversity of ideas and cultures in corporate America.Each summer, the Diversity Leadership Programs help top-tier college students bridge the gap in the transition from college to entry-level career. This dynamic, energy-filled program gives students the opportunity to build life and career skills and network with industry-leading employers while forging life long relationships with other high-achieving peers.Thanks to partnerships with over 30 leading employers, this is a free program to accepted student participants."
Program Duration: 3 days, 2 nights with various dates throughout the summer depending on which location you apply to. Locations include Atlanta, Baltimore/DC, Dallas, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Chicago.
Application Process: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis starting January. Monster has a relatively standard form that you fill out (name, address, school, etc.) that also includes a section where you can upload your resume and contact information of 2 references. On the application form, you can either specify your top 2 location choices, or select "any location" if you do not have a preference. Students usually hear back within 2 months of submitting the application.
Miscellaneous: Each conference hosts hundreds of students from schools across the country. All expenses are paid for except transportation to/from your conference location.
