P&G CMK CSW



Program Name: Procter and Gamble Consumer and Market Knowledge Consumer Strategy Workshop (P&G CMK CSW)

Eligibility: College sophomores entering their junior year; must be citizens of the US or Puerto Rico

Brief Description: CSW is an opportunity for rising juniors to visit the P&G headquarters to learn how CMKers influence branding decisions on products used by billions of consumers around the world. Much of the program is also devoted to giving participants a sampling of Cincinnati living. Activities include corporate presentations, hands-on case studies, collaborative projects, interactive workshops, campus/city tours and social events with leaders across the company. Upon conclusion of CSW, participants interview for a 12-week internship position for the following summer. All expenses are paid.

Program Duration: 3 - 5 days, depending on the year. Usually takes place at the end of July or beginning of August

Application Process: Interested students must complete an online application that consists a basic information form, personality assessment and quantitative reasoning test. Candidates that pass the initial screen will then be contacted by P&G Talent Supply to schedule phone and/or campus interviews. The number of interviews and questions asked vary, but typically there are one or two 30-minute interviews with a CMK Manager. The application deadline usually falls in early May.
